Indian Pie

Crust:

·         4 cups Almond meal

·         ½ cup Arrow root flour

·         2 Egg whites

·         Salt

1.    Mix all ingredients together to get a smooth dough.

2.    Put it in the fridge to cool down a bit, it makes the dough easier to work.

3.    You’re aiming for your rectangle to be the same size or slightly longer than the size of your casserole/lasagna dish.

4.    Lay it on your pie at the end.

Filling:

·         500 gr. Chicken cubes

·         400 gr Chickpeas

·         200 gr. Green peas

·         1 Onion choped

·         Garlic

·         2 – 3 dl cream

·         1 TBS Curry

·         Salt

Back for 30 minutes on 200°C.

Total Carbohydrates 209,5, pro portion =35

Hint: Leave out the chickpeas and replace them with 200 gr carrots; you will reduce the carbs to 20.5 pro Portion!

For Paleo friends: Replace the cream with Coconut milk.
