Homemade Ketchup

  • 280 Gram Tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Mustard (More or less depending on your preference)
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. all spice
  • 125 ml Water (More or less depending on your preference of thin or thick Ketchup)
 
Mix everything well together and pour into a glass jar or a squeeze bottle. Store in the refrigerator.

  • 280 Gramm Tomatenpüree
  • 3 EL Apfelessig
  • 2 EL Honig
  • 1 TL Senf (Je nach Vorliebe mehr oder weniger)
  • ½ TL Salz
  • ½ TL Gewürze (Cayenne, versch. Kräuter)
  • 125 ml Wasser (Je nach Vorliebe für dickes oder dünnflüssiges Ketchup)
 
Alles gut zusammen mixen und in ein Glas oder Quetsch-Flasche abfüllen. Im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
