The ingredients in Store-bought Goldfish Crackers are bold and bad. Some of them you cannot even spell properly. So I got a homemade version of those loved crackers from kids.

Ingredients:

·         1 ½ cups finely shredded cheese (Parmesan or Emmenthal works great)

·         1 ½ cups almond flour

·         ¼ tsp sea salt

·         3 Tbsp cold water

Directions:

1.    Preheat oven to 180°C

2.    Mix all the ingredients except water together

3.    Add the water and mix by hand till the mixture holds together

4.    Place dough between two baking sheets and roll out until flat about 7mm

5.    Cut into squares or triangle with pizza knives OR if you have a cute cookie cutter that makes them more attractive for the kids

6.    Bake for 25 minutes, or until crackers are browned

Serving: about 12 cookies
