· 2 egg white
· Dash salt
· 80 g Xylitol or 40 g Stevia or 80 g refined sugar
· Dash cinnamon
· 80 g Chocolate (Lindt 85% may be best)
· 200 g Almond meal
Mix all ingredients well together. Form teaspoon sized balls. Lay them onto a baking sheet and let them try for a couple of hours.
Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 230°C for about 5 minutes.
