3 egg white
A splash of Lemon juice
100 g Xylitol or 50 g Stevia or 100 g refined sugar
150 g Coconut meal
30 g dark chocolate grated (Lindt 85% would be best)
Mix everything well together. The dough should be moist and hold together well. With 2 teaspoons form tree nut-sized heaps, oval dumplings or form balls with an ice cream scoop, put it directly onto a baking sheet.
For 10 Minutes in the middle of the oven at 180°C.
In a tin can well sealed the macaroons can be kept for about 2 weeks.
