Grain free Brownies

Ingredients

·         4 large eggs

·         200 grams melted Chocolate

·         100 grams Xylitol or Stevia Glycoside equal for 100 grams

·         125 grams Butter unsalted

·         80 grams Almond meal

·         2 tbsp Coconut meal

·         ½ tsp Salt

·         ½ tsp baking powder

·         1 cup chopped Walnuts



Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until velvety smooth. Pour into a parchment paper lined 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes. The brownies will be soft in the middle. Leave the brownies for a totally cool down before cutting and eating.

This recipe makes 48 squares

Tip: If it should be diary free, replace butter by 1/2 cup Coconut oil.

Total 1.8 net carbs per square if used Stevia Glycoside
