Hausgemachte - Homemade Hollandaise Sauce

Ein super einfaches Rezept, dass in wenigen Minuten hergestellt ist und ohne E-Nummern Zutaten. Die Sauce war der Hammer. - Super easy hollandaise sauce, made in a couple of Minutes and without any additives.


Zutaten:
  •          3 Eigelb
  •          1 EL Zitronensaft
  •          ½ TL Salz
  •          1/8 TL Cayenne
  •          10 EL Butter

Methode:
  1.   Alle Zutaten ausser der Butter in den  Standmixer füllen.
  2.  Wenn das Eigelb langsam heller wird, kann die weiche Butter dazu gegeben  werden (die Butter muss Zimmertemperatur sein für bestes Ergebnis).

           Ergibt 2 dl Sauce!



Ingredients:
  •          3 Egg yolks
  •          1 Tbsp Lemon juices
  •          ½ Tsp Salt
  •          1/8 Tsp Cayenne
  •          10 Tbsp Butter

Method:
  1.  Put all ingredient except the butter in a blender.
  2. Blend well until the egg yolk lightens in color, add the soften butter ( the butter must be at room         temperature for best result).

            Makes about 2 dl!
